Shipping policy

Please allow 7-10 business day for shipping after your order has been placed. If you purchased a graphic tee or sweatshirt, please allow 7-10 business days for your order to be shipped as all graphics are made to order! 

You can choose between standard shipping (3-5 days) or expedited shipping (1-3 days) at checkout. Please note that if choosing expedited shipping it does not affect the processing times noted above.

Please note that if you place an order on the weekends or after business hours (9am-5pm CST) that does not count as a business day. For example: if you place an order on Saturday, we will treat it as if the order was placed on Monday and Tuesday would be the first business day.

The SUD Co. is NOT responsible for:

• Delays with US Postal Service or UPS shipping 
• Lost, damaged, or marked delivered items. To file a claim with the carrier, please contact USPS
