Refund policy

We are so bummed it did not work out! The SUD Co. gladly accepts returns of unwashed, unworn, undefective items purchased online for a store credit (The SUD Co E-Gift Card) within 7 days of receiving your items. 

If you received an item that is defective in any way we are happy to replace it! We do have a quality team that checks all items, but some things do happen to slip through the cracks. In order for you to quality for a replacement you need to contact us within 3 business days of receiving your items.

For graphic tees and sweatshirts we do not offer a refund but we do offer exchanges in sizes. Each graphic is handmade at the time it is ordered which is why these are the only items that are final sale. However, if you feel as if you ordered the wrong size let us know and we are happy to help!

The SUD Co.  offers exchanges for different sizes when notified within 5 business days after receiving your items.

To start a return, you can contact us at souncommondesigns2@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note: items cannot be canceled or changed after the order has been placed.

We are real people and therefore do make mistakes in sending an incorrect size or item, we apologize in advance and try our absolute best to make sure this does not happen. However, if you believe you received a wrong item please reach out to let us know and we will send over a return label. If the item is still in stock we will send a replacement. If the item is not in stock we will refund you for the amound of the item.

Please allow 4-8 (business days) for us to respond to your email! We will respond as fast as we possibly can!

 

 

Hassel Free Returns

Please email us requesting a return and you can choose from one of the following options.

We can send you a prepaid USPS return label and $7 will be deducted from your return when you choose to have us provide the USPS return shipping label. 

You can choose to purchase the label of your mail and once we receive the item and it meets our requirements listed above, we will provide you with a FULL refund via an The SUD Co. E-Gift card.
